I get up. I get showered. I have breakfast. I take the kids to school. I drive to work. I spend the day bouncing from place to place. I drive home. I have tea. I argue with the kids. I do my admin. I watch TV for an hour. I go to bed.

That is it. That is my daily life during the week.

But everyday, when I’m out & about in the human pinball machine, I make sure I stop & find a bench, a log or a tree stump to sit on. I fire-up my little stove & just make a brew. And for that half-an-hour, in the middle of nowhere while I wait for my tea to cool, I just sit & do nothing.

This is ME time.
